Very nice family-run business.  The people here care a lot about keeping the place nice and clean.  Feels very much like "home" but the fixtures are not industrial-grade (e.g. residential quality mounting hardware on the mirrors and shower racks shows signs of rust, etc., and there's no big 3-phase water pumps with jets or anything like that).
