Lily gets a lot of knowledge of the credit card fraud. She checks the statement as usual as possible. Lily thinks that if she did not make some or all of the purchases listed on her statement, she can take action. Fair credit Billing Act, an addition to the Truth-in-Lending Law, requires prompt correction of billing mistakes. Within 60 days after the bill was mailed, Lily must notify the creditor in writing. Lily does not have to pay the amount in question while she is waiting for an answer. Lily feels that she learns a lot of things from this credit card fraud.
