This is a video filmed and published by the United States Congress (and therefore does not carry the copyright restrictions of most videos), and serves as the introduction to my scenario. The video demonstrates Congressman Robert Andrews during debate on the Information Nondiscrimination Act (2008, USA). DNA discrimination is a new form of discrimination which has far reaching implications n society (including IT) but is rarely examined or debated. Infact, the Information Nondiscrimination Act, which was passed last year, spent 12 years in congress-limbo, without debate, or consensus. Robert Andrews highlights the importance of enforcing anti-discrimination law, in all aspects of society, new and old.
